Hain Celestial Reports 20% Jump in Sales

Natural and organic personal care products company The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. reported results for its second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007.

Natural and organic personal care products company The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. reported results for its second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007. Reflecting strong demand for Hain Celestial’s portfolio of natural and organic brands, net sales reached $276.2 million, a 20% increase compared to the prior year.

According to the company, strong sales in personal care were due to the Jason and Avalon brands.
